Together, these five documents are the agreement between you and Menu Atlas LLC for your use of Inspekt.
The documents
Terms of Service
The main agreement, which incorporates the other four. It covers what you may build on the service, what we commit to, plans and fees, how either of us can end the agreement, and the limits on our liability.
Privacy Policy
What we collect and do not collect, and how long we keep it. The embed sets no cookies, and usage records identify an account rather than a person.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted and prohibited uses, and the conditions for a customer whose own business is licensed or otherwise regulated.
Service Level Agreement
The 99.5% monthly uptime commitment, how it is measured, what does not count as downtime, and the service credit schedule.
Refunds and Cancellation
When we refund and when we do not, how to cancel or change plan and when that takes effect, what happens to your keys afterwards, and how to raise a billing problem.
Change history
Every version of the set, dated, and what changed between them. A version is a date, all five documents carry it, and superseded text stays published.
